To resolve your issue, Hybrone user, please take the actions listed below:
  1. First of all, check if your device has power, the battery may be exhausted or your device may not be energized due to contact or contact failure and may be turned off.
  2. Your device may be turned off or disconnected from the network. If this is the case, it may take some time for the device to come back online.
  3. Make sure that your device's internet connection signal is strong and stable.
  4. If you are using your device at home or in a private office, please be aware that the Wi-Fi name and password may have been changed. If the Wi-Fi information has been changed, your device will need to be reset and re-added to Hybrone.
  5. If your internet connection is working stably but there are too many devices connected to the Wi-Fi network, you may be experiencing problems with data traffic, please turn off your modem, wait for a while and then turn it back on.
  6. Check if the Hybrone version is the latest version, if you see a new version please update accordingly.
  7. If you think it is your internet connection, try using your mobile and IoT device by connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.

If the issue persists, we recommend deleting your device from Hybrone and then adding it again.
If the issue persists, you can check the Help and Support area in the Hybrone app for relevant articles about the devices and create a ticket. If you create a ticket, our Hybrone Development Teams will quickly assist our valued users.
