Although I have logged out of my Hybrone account, I keep receiving notifications. What should I do ?

If you no longer wish to receive notifications from another Hybrone account, what should you do ?



Hybrone is designed to notify its users about every alarm or issue that arises on the platform.

Therefore, even if you have logged out of your Hybrone account, you will still be informed of any occurrences.



If you have logged into multiple Hybrone accounts from your mobile device or via https://my.hybrone.com and no longer wish to receive notifications from those accounts, you can simply remove your device. To do this, log into the account you do not want notifications from on Hybrone Web, go to https://my.hybrone.com , navigate to the Account Management section, and remove your device from the Active Devices menu.


STEP 1


Click on the icon containing the initials of your First and Last Name located at the bottom left corner of the screen and then select Manage Account.




STEP 2


Scroll down the page that opens, and select the device from which you want to end the connection.


If you prefer, you can log out from all listed devices, or you can log out from a specific device of your choice. If you want to log out from just one device, select the desired device and click on Logout.



STEP 3


Choose the device you want to log out from the listed devices and click on Logout.



STEP 4


Click on Confirm to complete the process.
