Photoelectric sensors are usually installed better at detecting fires that burn slowly for hours effective. These fires are often caused by fire risks such as smoking ofmaterials, items such as armchairs or beds it starts to catch fire easily.

Ionization sensors are a fast-depleting, flammable material that quickly consumes combustible materials and generally better at detecting fast-spreading flaming fires are effective. Sources of these fires include flammable liquids or burning paper in the waste container.

However, both types of sensors provide sufficient detection for both types of fireprovides. Both slow-moving fires and fast-growing if you want early detection of fires, both photoelectric and combining both ionization detection technologies in a single unit you should prefer smoke detectors.
