About the Hybrone Smart Combustible Gas Sensor

Installation
1. Natural gas is lighter than air please place the alarm vertically at 0.3m above the ceiling below -1.0m and from the natural gas source position 1.5m away.
2. Install one slot in a suitable position and insert the alarm into this slot.
3. The alarm device may cause a false alarm or sensor sensitivity fire on the stove and greasy desired at least 1 meter away from the stove for protection must be positioned. Also the discharge fan, windows, doors or full of steam installation close to bathrooms is not recommended.
Functions
1. Power On: Green LED indicator is on and buzzer on.
2. Alarm Mode: Green, red and yellow LED the indicator flashes in sequence. 3 minutes then, the green LED indicator will light up will continue and an audible warning will sound: Device initialization is complete, now you can use it.
Warning ! : Conduct a gas test during warm-up is prohibited.
3. Natural gas alarm concentration exceeds, the red LED indicator will flash will go out (twice per second) and the buzzer "Caution, gas is leaking." And the buzzer will also beep.
4. Internal sensor failure occurs when it arrives, the yellow LED indicator warns and the voice command "Sensor malfunction + buzzer sound" warning. In this case, please turn off the sensor and contact your local contact the authorized service center.
5. Disassembled except by authorized personnel is prohibited, otherwise electricity shock may occur.
Device Testing
1. Test button, LED or buzzer to test whether it works normally is used for Press the button for a maximum of 3 seconds press, red, green and yellow LED indicator will blink in sequence (once per second) and voice command "testing itself now" message will appear.
2. Press the Test button for more than 3 seconds, valve manipulator opens automatically or closes. The alarm indicates that the valve manipulator condition of the gas sensor.
3. Do not use a lighter to avoid any damage to the gas sensor. Store the gas from the lighter in an empty plastic bottle, then use it to run the mouth of the test bottle into the gas convection holes.
Device Installation in Hybrone
STEP 1
Hybrone Account
First of all, you must have a Hybrone Cloud account to deploy and manage the Hybrone Smart Gas Combustible Sensor.
You can complete the device setup process by logging into your Hybrone account with the Hybrone Mobile application. In your account, select the location where you want to add the device and then click the add new devicebutton. The add new device wizard will be launched.
Communication Definitions and Considerations
An active internet connection is required to track the device and receive notifications. Device setup is done with the Hybrone mobile application.The instructions on the application show the necessary procedures.
Before starting the setup, router settings may need to be adjusted. The device supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency band. The router Wi-Fi frequency must be set to 2.4 GHz band. Also make a note of the Wi-Fi name and password. The device sends health information to the Hybrone server every 8 hours in the absence of any alarm. If 3 consecutive times no health information is received, the device is considered offline.
STEP 2
Adding a Device to Hybrone
In Hybrone Mobile application, the wizard for adding a new device is started and the instructions on the screen are followed respectively. Here, device type "IoT Sensor" and device brand "Hybrone" should be selected. In the next steps, your device will be found automatically and the wizard will continue and the device addition process will be completed.
If your device cannot be added automatically, you can try the manual addition method.
By opening the manual addition screen, you must first enter the Wi-Fi information you want to connect the device to the internet and then set the connection mode on the device.
Press and hold the connection button for 5 seconds, the blue LED will blink rapidly (about 2 times per second)
Press and hold the connection button for 5 seconds, the blue LED will flash quickly (about 2 times per second), then press and hold the button again for 5 seconds, the blue LED will flash slowly (about 1 time per 3 seconds)
Activating the Device
Once your device has been successfully added, the new device addition wizard will direct you to the device subscription package selection screen. On this screen, select the appropriate subscription package, continue the steps in the wizard and complete the process of activating your device in your Hybrone account.

Alarm Status
The alarm will keep sounding when the natural gas exceeds the alarm concentration, please follow the steps below.
1. Turn off all natural gas valves immediately.
2. Extinguish all sources of fire and do not allow fire or sparks. Avoid actions that may cause damage.
3. Never turn on any electrical appliances.
4. Open the windows to ventilate the room.
